All toolbars from firefox have gone

Hello,

All i have is the website im on now, but apart from that, i have no back button, no bookmark button, nothing, how do i get my toolbars back? Thanks in advance.

all you need to do is(1)hit F10 then hit View,then click tool bars then click navigation toolbar


if that doesn't work hit F11 then redo (1)
