Hello,
i have my old laptop,then i want to use internet in my room using my laptop,we have already internet in our desktop pc..i dnt knw how can i use internet in my laptop.,wat we need to do?pls give me the proper setting how to share internet in my laptop pls...

Simple way is to take a network cross cable the length u required (for the PC to where u want to keep the Laptop-Cross cable) in computer shops if u say they will preaper n give it.

now in ur Pc the net is working. Before that u mush have 2 network card in both (PC & LLAPTOP). ok..connect the cross cable to each network cards.

Now go to the properties of the connection u have in ur Pc, Right click then properties, then go in Advanced..

Then in this u will find Internet connection sharing and u have to unable this service.

Once u unable this it will set the ip address to 192.168.0.1 some things..say yes.

n give the same range of ipaddress to the other computer.

restart both computers and now hopefully both will be able to browse the net.
