Hacked facebook

Hello, i have a little problem, my facebook has been hacked and i would like to be able to find a way to hack it back. the problem is that it is not connected to my current email account, so any experienced hackers out there that can help me? and by the way, is there a way u can help me without trying to get me to use sites that require money, i just want to get back onto my account with out breaking the bank, thank you
