My Laptop Wont Startup Closed

Question

Hello, My Dell Inspiron 910 Laptop Is having some difficultys, as in i turn it on the dell load screen pops up then after that the screen turns this blue/black kinda color and nothing happens please help me or send me some ideas i dont know what to do.



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

hi there

either your RAM is tampered or something else so i would say take to service centre or if you have hardware knowledge and can open ur laptop then see ejecting and inserting the RAM
OR have you recently installed any hardware in you laptop

You should also confirm whether the battery is not completely exhausted or if it is faulty and needs to be replaced.
