Dell Studio 1435 blue ring glow at the power

Dell Studio 1435 Laptop:The blue ring glow at the power cord has stopped working!! But the power is supplied to the laptop so I was wondering what is wrong ?? How can I get the blue glow ring back?? Also is this the sign of more serious problem to come??

Can you please provide a picture of it or explain exactly where its located on the laptop.

Dell adapter has translucent plastic ring that glows blue due to the LED inside to indicate that power reaches that end.Now that blue rings doesn't glow even when i plug the power

Hello luni,

This is not a problem mate till your laptop is having power supplied from adapter you can use it,its only as a decoration on it and nothing else as its not an indicator,
