Cannot delete PNG file

Hi,
I recently bought a new computer which has windows vista. There is something which is troubling me for some days, there's a PNG file on my desktop which I cannot delete. Each time I'm doing so, it says that the file is being used by another program, but I can't find ant program using the file.

Any help with that please!

You may use the link below to download a software which will allow you to fix that problem:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_unlocker/

Install then right click the file and click "Unlocker".
