1) What OS system are you using? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac
2) What browser are you using? IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, O ?
Have you tried using a different one to access Facebook?
3) What antivirus software are you using?
Are your firewalls on/off or is Facebook a permitted website?
