Some software problem has occured in my Q5fb

i m chandrakant k my micromax q5fb has started carrying a problem whenever i switch my cell off and again go for starting it it doesnt start than suddenly after a long time by me continously rtying it again starts even when i went to select the option restore factory settings after some time it switched off and didnt start after long hrs it started again earlier i thought it may be a switch fault but it is working fine pls help me restore it presently it is working good but if i switch off i dont know when it will start
