Some software problem has occured in my Q5fb

Hello,

i m chandrakant k my micromax q5fb has started carrying a problem whenever i switch my cell off and again go for starting it it doesnt start than suddenly after a long time by me continously rtying it again starts even when i went to select the option restore factory settings after some time it switched off and didnt start after long hrs it started again earlier i thought it may be a switch fault but it is working fine pls help me restore it presently it is working good but if i switch off i dont know when it will start

Dear Sir,

It should have been out of battery while carrying out the system restore and it caused it to get corrupted. Please have it restored to factory settings to get it fixed.
