Hey Hello,
I think it might be unusable data which is in hidden form in your computer........try following steps it may be work..
1. The 30 gb Of space that you mentioned that u dnt knw what was that....might be duplicate files created by some viruses so i suggest you to scan your computer with latest antivirus....
2. try softwares to delete the temporary files...software is in following link..

3.try to defrag. your pc..
