I want to freeze my cpu without deleting xp

Hello,

hi i have some serious issues regarding computer performance......i need some kind of program who held or stuck my computer before 10min of login in window xp ....then their so no other option to restart that pc and again login but make sure that program or exe would not be appear on desktop or in installed programs..........
