Browser opens on os vista and not on os xp

hey,
i can connect to pc suit and also gets one touch access signal also.But the browser opens only on os vista and not on os xp.I inserted the proxy adress and port correctly.Any other way to connect with os xp. PLZ help

Hi,

On xp some drivers may be missing specially the modem driver,open device manager and install the missing one using driver cd for system.
