Comcast email account through BT Hub

Hello,
I run Windows 7 on an HP laptop with Outlook 2007 for my Comcast email account. This works fine until I visit my mother-in-law in England. There is a BT Home Hub 2.0 at her house. I can receive email but cannot send. Whenever I try to send, the email sits in the outbox and I am prompted continually for a password (none work) until I delete the email. Both Comcast and BT blame each other, but it is very frustrating not to be able to send any email through Outlook while I'm in England.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi there,

The actual problem that is being experienced should be coming from the email pop settings. Please check whether the email client settings have been properly set.

Thanks.

Please have its POP settings from the following address.

The POP settings are correct. The error is a network password problem for the smtp.comcast.net server (where the usual comcast password fails to work).
