Can my facebook be hacked?

Hello
Is it possible for someone to hack into my facebook by knowing my unique ID? There's no way they could know my password but I'm paranoid that they can get it somehow. If I change my logon email and password can they still get my details somehow by knowing my unique ID?

Hi,
Yes its possible unless your email password and facebook passwords are different.So make both different and do change it frequently to avoid hacking.
