Try this 1.
Download the audio drivers and the chipset drivers from the above link.
Install the chipset drivers first.
Click on the below link and download the file
https://download.cnet.com/s/kb888111xpsp2-exe/
Install it --> Restart your laptop --> Then try installing your audio drivers.
