Unable to detect pen drive Closed

Hello, 

I have Transcend JF V30/2 GB... All of a sudden my pen drive has stopped working...The computer doesnt recognize it... or it cant detect it....

Pls tell me the solution for it...


Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.3

Hi Jenny,

Please try the pen drive on another PC and indicate whether it works. It might also be a problem from the USB port, please confirm.

Please check in the Device Manager whether you need to get the drive updated.
