Hello,

I used backup and restore on Toshiba Satellite U305. I then cleaned up the hard drive, but now it says I have no files to restore. How do I get my files back? They seem to be under backup. zip but I am having no luck unzipping these files.

Install winzip on system then restore your backup by extracting it from it.:
