My m/c get automatically get disconnected

Hi,
Actually when ever i will start my m/c then very thing get up properly and running smoothly but same time in the system try my network connection icon showing cross (no network connection) after some time (appx. 30-45min) that cross on the network icon in the system try get disappears and then only i am able to access other m/c and shared folder in of other m/c connection in same LAN.
This happens every ting when i start m/c.
In that case i have done check the LAN Cable (OK), LAN Card (OK). That's why i am more confuse that how to fixed this issue if every thing is okay.
