Find dates Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have a spreadsheet with dates running down a column and it goes on for 29 years, 60000 rows(date not on every row).
How can i search and take the screen to a cell that contains the date that i would want. So ideally i would type in the date i want to go to into a cell and it would take me to the cell that contained this data?

Have you tried using Ctrl-F and searching for the date? or do you want to be able to enter the date you are looking for in a cell and have Excel do it for you via VBA?

Hi,

Press on ctrl+F then enter the date or any data you wan to find on the spreadsheet and by pressing on next you will get all with the enter data in search box.
