Backup your registry settings first before trying to do this:
1. Go to start and type regedit.
2. Select regedit from the programs list.
3. Locate the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FolderTypes\{EF87B4CB-F2CE-4785-8658-4CA6C63E38C6}\TopViews\{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
4. If the key exists try deleting it.
5. Close the registry editor.
Then try to open the Downloaded file again

Then try to open the Downloaded file again
