Hello,
The best thing to do rather not allow, it is to close the small yellow warning message. Rest assure that everytime you will reach these sites you will again and again be asked if you want to install that software.
Keep your system safe, never install it.
Best regards

No there is no other solution! The warnings are there for you system's safety and you will get them everytime you go on those sites. If it worries you, do not go to those sites which want you to install software.
The software will not install on your system unless you allow it.
Regards

When you open IE, what is your default start page? Send me the url link and I will check it for you.

The url is the complete address which you find at the top of your IE page, for instance, here the full url to this thread:
https://ccm.net/forum/affich-495360-trouble-from-internet-explorer-security#newanswer
Now if your opening default page is www.google.com, you should get any request from google to download any software so you can surf all you want. Just do not download any software. If you do get a request, let me know exactly what it is.
Good luck
