Hello,

I have a problem ... when you boot your computer the picture is divided into four parts, but the external monitor working normally ... what could be wrong?

Hi,

It may be the graphic driver of primary driver ,get in device manager and update it or use driver cd then uninstall to reinstall it,Do let me know of status after doing it.

not install the drivers because I do not see even the start menu and the newly loaded Windows does not detect usb key ...

I saw the video and as you mentioned recently installed windows then better you format it and reinstall windows ,
