i was wondering if anyone could help me with my situation!?? i have a memory card that i use to store my images. i wanted to access these photos yesterday so i went to "external memory" where my images are located and as soon as i clicked on "images" my phone shut off and automatically came on again!
so i took the memory card out and inserted it into my laptop via memory card reader. i scanned it for virus's and nothing showed up.
autoplay came up and i clicked on open file. in "computer" it shows me the amount that has been used of the memory card and how much is still available.
but when i click on the "removable disk" it is blank, there are no folders and no indication as to what may have been in the memory card.
if you can can some one help me please!!! much appreciated!!!
Its corrupted thats why its making the mobile phone restart by itself,if you can format it from your laptop you will also be able to make a recovery for the files.
