Prob wid my monitor

Hello, HEY frndz
i have some problem with my monitor ,may be it is cathing no signal,or otherwise

my monitor display show the black screen &when i turn it off n again turn it on ,it shows for a moment
other hardware are working properly
config- windows xp , 500hdd,2 ram asus p5kpl-am/ps motherboard & i have no internet connection

plz give me some suggestion
....

Your problem could be with the monitor itself or with the video card/motherboard in the PC. I suggest you try a different monitor first and if that doesn't fix the problem I would put in a new video card.
