Counting in Excel

Hello,

In the U column shows "Good" and "Bad" answer that resulted from a formual that I used. How can I count the the toal number of Good and display it in column V? Please help me with the formula that I can past into cell V2 so I can copy it down till data is available.

If anyone can shed some light it would be greatly appreciated.
