Hello, why cant i get the picture, like when i set my bckround picture, not divided into four parts and not just one giant picture for the backround?? plz help.

Right click desktop>properties>desktop tab and left side from dropdown list select stretch.

I don't quite understand your question. If you have the picture repeated 4 times that is because the picture resolution is smaller than the screen resolution. Windows defaults to "tile" mode and it gets repeated. When you selected the background you needed to also select "full screen or stretch".
