Excel - Adding 'Conditionally' colored cells

Hello,
I found VBA scripts online to add cells based on background color. However, this doesn't work if the background color was based on conditional formatting. Can anyone help with a script that only adds yellow cells in a range L7:T11 that are yellow because of a conditional formatting condition?
