i m unable to listen my frnds voice..bt they r able to listn me ..plz hlp me out?

Hi,

Your microphone volume may be low ,on mute,not connected.connected to inappropriate port or damaged.What have you tried till now to fix it and the application you are using for chat can you please mention it.
