Viber mute/block Closed

Question

What can be the reason if messages in Viber are "Delivered" but not "Seen" and the contact person's status is not visible (not even in the "Calls" section) only the phone number instead of the last seen status. Muted or blocked or simply turned off the status or deleted the app? Thanks

Hello, you can change your settings to not show last seen status - which is most likely what this person has done. It doesn't necessarily mean they have muted or blocked you.
