Help,problem with hard drive

Hello,
I have problem with my hard drive. Windows cannot scanning the error in my hard drive when I perform disk checking. Antivirus like panda antivirus and nortonalso cannot scan file in my hard drive. It display screen says all you NTFS hard drive format is unreadable.
