Hello,
Brother MFC 490CW is printing in yellow instead of black. All of the correct ink cartridges are in their proper slot. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think it is a first case . I think u kep cartage in wrong cartage case . look above cartage there is directin to kepping cartage according to colour. thanks

This may be due to the ink was unused for a long time period by which its dried.If it can be refilled then clean and refill the cartridge.

there is head clean facility we can use it to clean head . and we should use it time by time . thanks
