Nokia Access point

Hello,
A while ago something happened to my phone (Nokia 5330 xpress music) which meant i lost the ability to send MMS mesages or access the internet, sometimes it says packet data not acessible othertimes it says connectiong and does nothing! the access point box is empty and am unsure as to what its suppossed to say there. can anyone help???

Hi,

Restore your mobile phone to factory default settings then contact your network provider and get the free manual configuration for the service and start using it again.
