Dell LAPTOP SCREEN PROBLEM..

Hello,


my dell leptop is booting and starting windows, (i confirmed by the sound of starting windows.) but from the beginning (from press the power button to start laptop) i can not c anything in the screen. after start the laptop, it has light in the screen.

if anybody can help me...

I have done your 1st solution, but the problem was still remain. also i connect one external monitor but when windows start picture is like broken(not clear). after open windows, everything is good but after few minutes monitor goes down. blank screen. I've done this 3/4 time, every time is it same. i think problem is in VGA adapter...
