I've just purchase an Alienware AREA 51, and received it yesterday. After I turn it on for 10 minutes for the first time, it suddenly shut off by itself and wont turn back. When I open the left side of it, there is the red light of power, but I really cannot turn on the computer anymore. Please help me! Thank you
That's not too bad, it should be the battery which is exhausted, please have it charged fully and then turn it on. This should solve the matter. Otherwise, if you see that the problem is still the same, do send it it back since it should be on warranty I believe.
