Hard drive problems

Hello,
I recently installed a new hard drive and now all I get is a black screen with the message, strike F1 to retry boot, F2 for setup utility? How do I get past this? Could someone pls help me? Thank you.

Hello, have you install an operating system in your computer, because if you install a new hard drive disk, you need to install an operating system for it to work!
