Broken Laptop Screen

Hi,

I have an issue with my laptop where the screen is broken. I will be attempting to hook this up to my T.V. shortly and am up to speed on the FN key.

What i would like to know is will this hook up work if I am not logged in. If no then could someone advise me on how to move the cursor onto the password entry box without seeing it. e.g. Tab etc....

I would appreciate any help or comments.

Hello,

Try this 1

You can use you laptop by connecting an external monitor to it. Just look for the

VGA connector ( there will be a monitor symbol ) in your laptop and connect it to

the external monitor then switch ON your laptop.

Note : If you failed to get the display in external monitor, then use the proper

combination keys(like Fn+F5/ the function key that's having the monitor symbol

on it) to toggle between your laptop screen and the external monitor.
