Hello,
Try this 1
You can try the below instruction instead of restoring to factory default settings.
Open "Task Manager" --> Click on "File" --> New Task --> Type explorer.exe
and press Enter.
If you have any problem with explorer.exe file then
Open "Task Manager" --> Click on "File" --> New Task --> Click on "Browse"
In the "File Name" area, enter the below location
C:\Windows\System32\dllcache
Press Enter Or Click on "Open" button
Now look for a file explorer --> Right-click on that file --> Copy and now in
"Look in:" select C-drive from the drop-down menu or Click on "My Computer"
--> Open "Windows" folder --> In files\folders area, right-click on white area and
paste it --> Select that pasted "explorer" file --> Click on "Open" button --> Click
on "OK" button.
