Download Speed Is Very Slow

Hello Sir,
i have bsnl 750-Unlimited plan and i am using mozilla firefox 3.6.13
web browser. when i try to download a movie via bittorrent, i get very less speed, say 17kbps. i tried applying those few tweaks in your forum but nothing helped. can you please help me out with this thing??



windows version 5.1 service pack 2
bittorrent 7.2

Internet Provider could be limiting your bandwidth because what your doing is illegal...
