Headphone prob

hi...
when im connecting my headphone to my pc for making online call , i can only hear the voice from other side my voice is not heared other side. can any tell me wat could be the problem..?? do i have to change any settings on my pc..?? GUYS HELP ME PLZZZ..

Please get to the application's configuration settings and check whether the microphone configuration has been correctly set.
