[HELP] windows cant start its battery problem toshiba l300

Hello,

*when i pluggin the charger no grean light (on) on the charger lamp.
*when i remove the battery and then blugging the charger and press on power also no green light appear
*And when i reinstall the battery and pluggin the charger and press power. Its boot and start but only the power lamp is green not also the charger lamp !! P.s i pluggin the charger
*when it start 2 options appear start normaly or windows repair after i click on any one of them just 3,4 seconds and then it shut dowen!!
So is it battery problem (i think it is battery but, any battery the base internal one or the ixternal one or the jack! Or it is motherboard problem or what !!

sounds like the charger is the problem, see if you can borrow one that has the same output and try that.
