my ipod touch wont sync into my pc or my laptop it wont even charge it's driving me INSANE please if anyone knows the answer please tell me it NOW

right now that i think about it my pc is from windows

the operating systems are different and not compatible, it will never sync. Your pc mayb running on windows and your ipod is from apple. The operating ssystems wont allow them sync
