I've got a TOSHIBA laptop, I want to install the wepcam but it seems there is no video card on my laptop. How can I download a video card so that I can recieve and send videos and pictures?

You don't have a "video card" but you do have a video "chip" on the motherboard. Give us the model number and we can look-up the type of chip you have.
