How to create a second account? Closed

Hello, 
I want to create a seccond account on my computer and i want it to be administrator, but i have this problem. Long ago when i tried creating second account (also administrator) the first one was replaced by the new one. So do I have to turn the gues account on or smth.?
Please help.

hiii,,

Go to the my computer manage and click in local users and groups,double click on users and create a new account and in administrator groups add the new users..
