Hp pavilion dv4 hangs on hp logo

hello,

I will write all the process i had done so plz help me out here...thanks a looot in advance

i recently installed win 7 from flash drive(originally had vista) and when it reached the disk partition place i deleted all partition , made only 1 partition and then extend it to 3 partition and proceed to install windows 7.

and then when it reached 'instaling features' or 'installing update' (not sure about it) it said "windows needs to restart to continue" and then it restarted and hangs on screen "hp blah blah' and now it doesent proceed ahead and I even can't use button 'esc' or 'F8' or any other button . it gives a sound beep..

dont even know how to re-install again cause of unable of using any button and having no idea of reinstalling it again with any other way.
