How to add COUNT to a column w/ 3000+ rows? Closed

Hello,  

I have a column with numbers in them (1) Column, over 3000+ rows. How can I simply add the 'COUNT' text in each cell without having to enter them individually? 

I HOPE THIE HELPS (Where the Txt COUNT is, how can I auto populate this into alll 3000+ cells?

COLUMN A COLUMN B COLUMN C COLUMN D
XYZ 1 999999999***COUNT****
1527031 Count

type in the formula into cell D2, then click in cell d2. notice the little black square at the bottom-right of the black outline? Double click on this to autofill down to the last cell used.
