I can't get in my 7" smartbook that i bought

i bought a smart book off of ebay and when i got it it did not work .so the china base seller told me where to go to get the soft ware to make it work .for a month it worked i never put it on line but a week ago i was going on line and it locked me out .but someon ewho had downloaded windows embedded ce v6.00( build 3122 on dec 8 2010) had locked me out. it could have only have been someone that the china base people give me for the soft ware now i have a smat book that belongs to me but that somebody else is useing it.can somebody please help me .i know i am a stupid 70 year old woman .but i belived in what they told me to do.candy
