How connect samsung 3212i to laptop via cable

sir

i m not able to connect my samsung phone to loptop through data cable or bluetooth,presently window 7/XP is installed in my laptop.....what will do sir????? plz tell me solution as soon as possible.....plz plz plz plz

You will have to install the PC Suite for your mobile phone. Please get it downloaded from the below address.

And please obtain the instructions to follow for completing the connection from the below address.
