Hit "ctrl+shift+c"
Type in "testingcheatsenabled true" exactly like that.
Hit "ctrl+shift+c" again.
Lastly type in "(familyfunds) (household name) (the amount of money you want your sims to have)"
Like this: familyfunds Williams 99999999
(don't use the parenthese: (,) :or quotes: "," :when typing these in on your game ^_^ and I'm only completely sure these work on the Sims 3 so I hope it helps. If you have The Sims 3 I can tell you some other cheats as well if you need them.)
