Continious beep sound

Hello,
my computer is AMD i recently got a new logitech key board and after giving connection the computer is giving beep sound continously!! and after 1 or 2 attempts of restart the sound stops.. what might b the problem ?

Go to Logitec website and check for drivers for the keyboard the system might not be recognizing some shortcut keys on the keyboard.
