Unable to View Media Files inside Folder

Please Help .

Below are a few method i try , yet i still unable to view my files. what ever files that i paste inside the folder it will b4 come Invisible, when i right click properties it show [ 0 Files ] but when i scan it show 200 files inside. This folder was located in my 2nd Hard Drive. I even trying to move other folder to my Main Drive and a message pop-up asking me to REFORMAT my drive .. FYI when i click my 2nd drive it hang very long is this a sign that my Hard Drive going to die or something to do with Virus .

1. Tool -> Folder options
2. Running in SAFE MODE
