Problems with sound devices

Hi,
I cannot find my speakers when I go to control panel > sound > audio devices. I have already tried right clicking and click "show disabled and disconnected devices". They just won't show up but if I go to device manager they show up under the sound tab, so it seems as my computer reads them but it can't enable them.
What should I do to fix this?

Hello,
This is something not complicated to do.
Try to install some drivers for the speakers. It should work then.
